1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use our service, we collect the product images you upload and the images we generate for you.

We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, generation settings, and timestamps. This helps us improve the service and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our AI image generation service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, notifications)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
• Prevent fraud and enforce our terms of service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your uploaded and generated images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including uploaded images, generated images, and account information — is permanently removed within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Katalyst:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• Cloudflare R2 — Image storage
• Supabase — Database hosting
• AI Providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) — Image generation. Uploaded images are sent to these providers for processing. Please review their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your data at any time through your dashboard
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how you use our service. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.
